The crafting of this document embraces the fact that all text written therein are being inspired from the declared words itself of all stakeholders, students and the Management.

The Strategic Plan is Prime School’s blueprint that defines what the organization wants to achieve in the immediate future and how it plans to get there.

This is a 3-year plan commencing 2022 to 2025. There are also 3 Keys to the success of this plan. These include 1) the process in setting the goals, 2) the deciding strategies to achieve those goals and 3) activation and pooling of relevant resources like manpower and finance.

Just like the old popular mantra in planning, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”, Prime School has been committed to its direction to become the No. 1 education institution in Sports, Talents and Skills in the province.

The extraordinary vision of its founder, the late Filipino Inventor Dok Edgar L. Delibo, becomes the inspiration, the heart and soul of the entire organization. Prime School’s desire to deliver the most needed education in the advent of our rise from the horror of COVID 19 pandemic is now being passionately driven by its brilliant School President and CEO Ms. Edelein E. Delibo, the Vice President Madam Magdalena E. Delibo, Edgar Jr Delibo, PBN’s Chairman, the heirs and the members of the board of trustees and thus calls for our heartwarming collaboration, full cooperation and proudest support.
